I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional stay & breakfast experience at crown plaza hotel. ilayda, Mustafa, Dogan, Ekrem, Uluc & Ugurlan your attentive service and warm hospitality were the highlights of our visit. Your professionalism and friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced our overall enjoyment. To the entire team, thank you for the seamless collaboration in providing outstanding service. Each member's contribution did not go unnoticed, and I am truly grateful for the collective effort that made our time at the hotel memorable.

Fantastic location, the breakfast was just amazing, the hotel design is superb, the staff are super attentive and helpful. I loved that they have a WhatsApp chat where you can message them at any time and they respond right away. This was really helpful when we were out and needed to contact them about something we left in our room. The chef's are fantastic and breakfast was amazing every morning. Everything was super clean and the rooms are spacious with an excellent selection of toiletries and necessities which helps you to pack less! The door and reception staff are super polite and we felt very welcome. A special thanks to Adem for helping save the injured cat we found in Uskudar!

The hotel's location is fantastic, close to the sea and the cruise ship departure point. Surrounding the hotel are all kinds of cafes and restaurants, including the excellent family restaurant DURUMCE, which serves delicious grilled food. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcoming smile by Sami and Sinan. Our luggage was taken to our room, and we were given a detailed explanation of the hotel and free access. During our stay at the hotel, we received an excellent welcome and assistance from Yunus, Nesra, Zeynel, and Samet. Breakfast at the restaurant on the top floor was excellent, and all the staff—Nesra, Zeynel, Samet, and Yalcin—were very friendly.

The attention to detail stood out. From the quality of the towels to the artwork on the walls, everything felt thoughtfully chosen.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowned Hotel Istanbul Ortaköy, and I can honestly say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. It’s the ideal spot for both sightseeing and enjoying the lively Istanbul atmosphere, while still being tucked away enough to offer peace and relaxation. The rooms are modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with great attention to detail. Comfortable beds, spotless bathrooms, and all the amenities you could need made my stay very pleasant. I especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and how quiet the rooms were at night despite being so close to the action. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional hospitality. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. From the moment I checked in, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect – offering helpful recommendations, arranging transportation, and always greeting me with a smile. Breakfast was another highlight – fresh, delicious, and served with great care. Sitting and enjoying Turkish tea in such a charming setting was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, Crowned Hotel Istanbul Ortaköy is a gem. Whether you’re visiting Istanbul for leisure or business, I highly recommend staying here. The combination of location, comfort, and top-notch service makes it one of the best boutique hotels in the city.
